Nigerian Singer, Falz has reacted after a group threatened to destroy Amnesty International if it doesn’t leave Nigeria.
The group known as The Centre for Africa Liberation and Socio-Economic Rights (CALSER) demanded that Amnesty International to leave Nigeria within seven days.
The human rights group has come under attacks on different occasions while holding government to account.
On Wednesday, Princess Ajibola, convener of CASLER, accused Amnesty International of peddling fake news, especially on the shooting incident at Lekki tollgate.
She said if the organization refuse to leave the country, her group would mobilize people to its offices across the country.
“One of our interventions since the start of the #EndSARS protests that have now been hijacked, repurposed and deployed as a destructive force by individuals and organizations that do not mean well for Nigeria,” she said in Abuja
The group also accused Amnesty of peddling fake news about the Lekki Shootings claiming there was no massacre.
Falz reacting to this news wrote;
“See Someone’s mother. Disgraceful”
