Every four years, among the most awaited things that come in the month before the World Cup kickoff, there surely is the official song of the tournament, officially entered in the fans’ hearts when in 2010 the video of Shakira’s “Waka Waka” was released. Being the most important competition in the world, the names that took over the years at the Mundial mic are serious: from Ricky Martin to Anastacia, stepping by Pitbull and… Jason Derulo.
The American singer, in fact, has just announced his collaboration with Coca-Cola to produce “Colors”, the official song of the 2018 Russia World Cup. The song, that will drop on March 6, follows “We Are One”, the official theme that took us through the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. In the launch video, you can appreciate a little sneak peek of “Colors” but fear not… Sooner than you can realize this will be the most broadcasted song by any radio station in the world.
