Nigerian superstar, Burna Boy, will perform alongside other international stars at the Governors Ball Music Festival this year in New York.
The official account of The Governors Ball made the announcement. The music festival is currently scheduled to take place in September from 24th to 26th while Burna Boy will perform on the 26th of September 2021 with American superstar, Post Malone as the headliner for that day.
Other headliners for other days include J Balvin, ASAP Rocky, Post Malone, 21 Savage, Megan Thee Stallion, and many others.

In other news, Bose Ogulu, popularly known as Mama Burna, has revealed that her son, Burna Boy, was not paid to perform in Rivers state contrary to popular opinion circulating when he performed in his hometown on the 27th of March 2021 at a concert “Homecoming”.
According to her, only invited guest artists were given the 10 million.She said that it was only right that the state honoured him for making them proud for winning a Grammy Award.
