    Finally!, Blackface takes legal actions against 2Baba, sues him for “African Queen” song theft.

    Blackface Finally Sues 2Baba For Alleged Song Theft

    Popular controversial dancehall, ragga and reggae singer and songwriter; Blackface has finally taken Legal actions against fellow singer; 2Baba.

    Both singers were once part of a music group known as “Plantashun Boiz” alongside their other mate; Faze.

    The battle line was however drawn when the group broke up, and each one of them went solo.

    Blackface continued to diss and drag 2Baba, claiming he wrote the latter’s mega-hit “African Queen“, which was, and is still a Classic jam.

    Although Blackface did not take any legal actions, he continued to blast 2Baba, saying he stole his song. Meanwhile, 2Baba paid him no attention.

    We can, however, recall that two days ago, 2Baba finally spoke up on the issue. He asked Blackface to stop trying to ruin his reputation, claiming he didn’t steal his song. He also dared Blackface to sue him or remain silent, as reported by us at “Mp3bullet.ng”

    His exact words;

    “Sue me or shut up”

    It, however, seems Blackface is not ready to end the war, as he took 2Baba by his words.

    Soon after 2face’s statement, Blackface took to his Instagram to reveal that his lawyer had already filed a case in court against 2Baba for song theft.

    Blackface also claimed that he took so long because he thought they could resolve this out of court, consequently, he thought wrong.

    A few weeks ago, we thought the war between these two was soon coming to an end,

    Oops!turns out this is just the beginning!!!

    I sincerely want to apologize to close friends, relatives, well wishers who may have been affected by my actions or inactions over the years I have always stood for a better Nigeria,equal rights and an agitator for a system in place in our country so adequate compensation be given to not only Nigerian songwriters but song writers and creators all over the world ,an industry where all players in the creative process are recognized and credited for their contribution to any piece of work used commercially or otherwise. I will never be intimidated by any threat My intention has never been to expose anybody but the truth finds it's way out eventually My issues with Mr Innocent Idibia aka 2face & co are purely professional and my lawyers have filed my claims in Court, to be served to all parties in due time. I apologize for the delay in taking this step, i was hoping they would do the right thing and the need for me to take them to court will not arise but alas I was wrong I believe the legal system will resolve this eventually I will also continue to defend myself in the 50Million suit they filled against me which comes up for mediation on the 25th of November 2019 Meanwhile, I will not make any further statements on this issue until both lawsuits are concluded as I have entrusted this matter to my lawyers and the justice system. I appreciate all the good wishes from those who have reached out with their concerns over this protracted matter. Please bear with me as we calmly await the resolution of these cases. Thank You All Mr Ahmedu Augustine (BlackFaceNaija)
