DJ Khaled shares reasons he would love to collaborate with Tems
The well-known American DJ Khaled has discussed why Afrobeats singer Temilade Openiyi, often known as Tems, is someone with whom he would love to collaborate.
Tems just received her first Grammy, making her the first female Afrobeats musician to take home the prestigious musical honour.
She won a Grammy for her appearance on Future’s song “Wait For U” ft. Drake in the category of “Best Melodic Rap Performance” at the 65th annual ceremony of the most prestigious music awards, which just concluded.
On Monday, popular footage showed the DJ and his wife introducing themselves to Tems and hugging her.
He was heard praising Tems and expressing his admiration for her work while also noting that he was a huge admirer of hers in the video.

In a new video taken from an interview with ‘EXTRA,’ the music executive explains why he is looking forward to working with the ‘Damages‘ singer.
When asked if there was anybody he has not worked with that he’d love to work with, the popular record executive replied:
I will like to work with Andre 3000, I would love to work with Tems. I want to work with her, I want to do something special with her, I really want to work with her, I love her, I love her energy, you get me. I love what she is about and I love her music, and I love how pure she is, how real SHE IS, you know her music comes from her heart, from her soul, you can feel it. I love how she reps her people, I am a fan, So, I would love to work with Tems”.
