Graham Potter reveals what Noni Madueke will bring to Chelsea
Graham Potter explains what Noni Madueke will bring to Chelsea and outlines new signing’s key attributes.
Madueke joined Chelsea in a £30.5 million move from PSV, becoming the club’s sixth signing of a busy January transfer window. Although the 20-year-old has not yet played for the Blues, Potter has provided some insight into the new addition’s potential contributions to the team.
“Noni is a young player, an exciting player, left-footed wide player that can give us balance and competition in that area,” he told the club’s media.

“So he’s looking forward to starting his Chelsea career and we’re excited to have him. I think the supporters will really enjoy him.”
Chelsea made significant signings in January after having a weak campaign start. Along with David Datro Fofana, Mykhailo Mudryk, Benoit Badiashile, and Andrey Santos, a number of other promising young players have been recruited to Stamford Bridge, and Joao Felix has also arrived on loan.
The Blues will not play again until Friday, February 3, when they host their neighbourhood rivals Fulham at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
