With his recent achievement on the Billboard World Chart, Ayodeji Balogun, better known by his stage as Wizkid, has once again written his name into history.

The Grammy-winning singer, who recently made headlines for becoming the first Nigerian artist to receive a diamond certification in the US courtesy of his feature on Drake’s “One Dance” which sold more than 10 million copies, has now accomplished yet another significant accomplishment.

In a new update, the singer’s fourth studio album, “Made in Lagos,” has now charted in the Billboard World category for four consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023), spending over 100 weeks on the chart and making it the first African album to achieve such a feat.
