As more moving moments from the industry night of tributes and goodbye ceremony for renowned gospel singer Sammie Okposo continue to emerge on social media, a video has emerged of his daughter Alula Okposo performing a song alongside other backing singers.

Alula was spotted singing her heart out with the same passion that her late father was known for.

In a different video from the occasion, gospel performers Mike Abdul and can be seen paying tribute to their late colleagues by performing on stage.

Meanwhile, Sammie Okposo has been laid to in Lagos.

On November 25, the singer passed at the age of 51. His manager claims that despite rumours to the contrary that he slumped and passed away, he slept and did not wake up.

A video obtained by Mp3bullet.ng showed the moment Okposo was laid to rest, with relatives and friends paying their last respects.

The 51-year-old was laid to at a private cemetery in Ikoyi on December 15 following a church service.
