The three of the candidates running for president in the 2023 elections—Peter Obi, Mr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and Alhaji Abubakar—have sent their condolences to Davido in light of his son’s tragic passing.

Kwankwaso noted in a tweet that his heart goes out to Davido and Chioma at this difficult moment, while also praying for God’s direction during this awful season.

Similarly, expressed that his thoughts and prayers were with Davido and Chioma, and that may God comfort them in this painful period.

Earlier today, reported that Ifeanyi, Davido’s son died after reportedly drowning in a swimming pool at their Banana Island residence. It was reported that the 3-year-old had spent long minutes in the pool before being discovered and rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

We also reported that The Lagos State Police Command on Tuesday picked up eight of Davido’s domestic workers for questioning in connection with the death of Adeleke.
