To celebrate the 10th anniversary of one of Naija best albums to be released, ‘The Invasion” by , we highlighted the top memorable songs the album entertained us with.

P-square consisting of twins, Peter and Paul Okoye were the bad boys of the industry with their love-themed songs and party anthems.

For almost ten years these two had not just Nigerians but Africans also dancing and crying to their songs. While “Last Nite(2003)” is their first album, “Get Squared(2005)” was where their major breakthrough came from.

They followed through with the groundbreaking albums “Game Over(2007),” and “Danger(2009). “The Invasion” which was released in 2011 was a different dimension that shot the group to greater heights.

This wasn’t just a song, it was an anthem that got played everywhere; streets, clubs, parties e.t.c. This song birthed slang and introduced May D who was a newcomer to the spotlight.

Chop My Money was a success thanks to its groovy beat and catchy lyrics which sees a man telling his love interest to ‘chop his money.’

It is the song that helped solidify the success of the album. The remix which featured Akon was also a hit on its own.
